Refund policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns for unused products up to 30 days from receipt. Please inform us of any problems or concerns and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

A full refund including postage cost (not DHL Express courier) is available for returned products, for whatever reason.

To return your product, you should wait for the completed CN22 customs form (stating Returned Goods) and then mail the watchband(s), and JPR 5322 packaging to:

Buyer pays for cost of return in all circumstances. When returning you should consider using a trackable shipping service with content insurance, as we are not responsible for lost items.
