Shipping policy
USA
Shipping choices are airmail from UK with tracking number (7-14 days delivery time) or DHL Express (3-5 days delivery time)
Import charges are pre-paid before delivery. The importer (customer) only pays the price (with shipping) on this website.
Europe
Normally as for USA, but owing to the compliance obligations of EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR 2025/40, effective 12th Aug 2026) shipments to EU countries are suspended until further notice. Norway excepted, for now.
Switzerland
Switzerland has a personal import limit of 150 CHF using regular Airmail without additional charges. Over 150 CHF and items only sent using DHL Express (with duty and VAT included in shipping price).
Rest of World
If no shipping option was offered at checkout then your destination was missed in error. Please accept our apologies and contact us for this to be corrected.
For RoW, assume buyer pays all import duties and handling fees, if applicable. Many countries have a FTA with the UK so no customs charges payable, but please check. FYI:

Postal Priority Airmail from UK (tracked):
A very reliable service if delivery times are acceptable, usually taking between 7 and 14 days.
It's extremely rare for tracked mail to get lost but delays sometimes happen, especially during customs checks. Another tracked dispatch will be made if notified after 21 days for non delivery between February and November (50 days for Italian destinations).
During the Xmas season expect delays of up to 25 days from the volume of mail — with the backlog extending well into week 2 of January. Consider using DHL Express if purchase is made in December for delivery by 24th.
