Shipping choices are regular Airmail with tracking number (7-14 days delivery time) or DHL Express (3-5 days delivery time)
Import duty is pre-paid before delivery. The importer (customer) only pays the price (with shipping) displayed on this website.
Eurozone, Norway, Sweden.
- All duty and VAT charges are pre-paid before delivery. The importer (customer) only pays the price (with shipping) displayed on this website.
- We only send to EU countries via DHL Express (3-5 days delivery time) which can handle DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).
- Regrettably, the prices for EU countries has increased to cover the invoices DHL bills us.
Switzerland
Switzerland has a personal import limit of 150 CHF using regular Airmail without additional charges. Over 150 CHF and items only sent using DHL Express (with duty and VAT included in shipping price).
Rest of World
If no shipping option was offered at checkout then your destination was missed in error. Please accept our apologies and contact us for this to be corrected.
For RoW, assume buyer pays all import duties and handling fees, if applicable. Many countries have a FTA with the UK so no customs charges payable, but please check. FYI:

Royal Mail Airmail (tracked)
A very reliable service if delivery times are acceptable, taking between 7 and 14 days.
It's extremely rare for tracked mail to get lost but delays sometimes happen, especially during customs checks. Another tracked dispatch will be made if notified after 21 days for non delivery between February and November.
During the Xmas season expect delays of up to 25 days from volume of mail with the backlog extending well into week 2 of January. Consider using DHL Express if purchase is made in December for delivery by 24th.
